17. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Snowboarding is an inherently dangerous activity that involves risks of serious injury, death, and property damage.
Snowboards and related products are sporting equipment and must be used responsibly, with proper equipment and in conditions appropriate for the rider's abilities.
Subjekt does not control the terrain, snow conditions, weather, obstacles, resorts, parks, backcountry environments, binding installation, rider behavior, or other conditions under which its products are used.
You are responsible for understanding and accepting the risks associated with snowboarding and for using appropriate judgment, safety equipment, and properly installed equipment.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subjekt Snowboards and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and service providers from claims arising from:
